The energy conservation certification criteria on printer, faxes and digital multifunction devices (new edition) have been released. The details are as follows,

1.  Certification of above-mentioned products will be carried out according to new criteria since Jan 8^th, 2011. The product category of  printers（701005）, faxes（701004）and digital multifunction devices（701006）should be respectively selected.

2.   For certificate holders who hold old edition certificates should submit the modifying application for certificate updated since Jan 8^th, 2011,and the product type test should be carried out according to new edition citeria . The old edition certificate modification should be completed by Jan 8^th, 2012. If the old edition certificate fails to be replaced, it would be withdrawn by April 8^th, 2012.

3.  Generally, for modifying application occurred during the certificate replacement, new edition criteria should be adopted and the valid date will be extended. If the old edition is still used, the maximum certificate valid date is Jan 8^th,2012.

4.  For the application accepted before Jan 8^th, 2011 and tested according to the old edition criteria, certificate will be issued by old edition and the valid date is Jan 8^th, 2012.
