Notice about cooperation to implement market inspection for successful bid enterprises of “China's Home Appliance Subsidy Program for Rural Areas”

According to the requirements of “Year of quality and safety” of AQSIQ and “Strengthen follow-up supervision to CCC products” of CNCA, to insure the quality for CCC products of “China's Home Appliance Subsidy Program for Rural Areas”, China Quality Certification Centre (CQC) decides to conduct market inspection for CCC products of “China's Home Appliance Subsidy Program for Rural Areas” in the next half of 2010. Please related certified enterprises be cooperated and the key items of this market inspection are informed as follows:
1. This market inspection concerns 9 catalogues CCC products, such as refrigerators(including refrigerating cabinet), washing machines, color TV, mobile phones, computers, air conditioners, water heaters, microwave ovens and electromagnetic ovens
2. The way of market inspection is to conduct the check of product consistency by sampling randomly at the dealer's sites or large transferring storages. This check of product consistency contains the inspection on critical components, structure, nameplate, CCC certificate, date and No. of production etc. In order to finish the check of product consistency, the CCC product shall be opened and/ or disassembled if necessary.
3. In case of the CCC product has been opened and/ or disassembled, the enterprises who produce the CCC product shall re-send the product to sampling sites according to the “Notice for changing products” issued by CQC(see attachment).
4. If any problems are found during the market inspection, CQC will arrange special CCC follow-up inspection to the factory and deal with related CCC certificates under relevant laws and regulations according to the result of special CCC follow-up inspection.
