Notice on implementation of AQSIQ announcement NO. 117

For relevant enterprises,
Announcement NO.117 of General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of P.R.C. (AQSIQ) on Regulations for Compulsory Product Certification promulgate on July 3rd ,2009, and comes into force on Sep. 1st, 2009.
According to the requirements of announcement NO. 117, China Quality Certification Center will issue CCC certificates with validity period (including modified certificates) from Sep. 1st 2009. For the certificates issued before on Sep. 1st, 2009, the certificate holders can apply to renewal certificates voluntarily.
