The 46th Committee of Testing Laboratories(CTL)Meeting was held in Beijing

May 12th -15th, 2009 the 46th Committee of Testing Laboratories(CTL) Meeting was held in Beijing. The Committee of Testing Laboratories is the technical forum of the IECEE and through the technical experts’ working groups to resolve the technical problems of the CB scheme, to achieve reproducibility and consistency of test results and to promote a close collaboration between testing laboratories. More than 100 technical experts from 34 different countries participated in this meeting.
The meeting was hosted by CQC, with its CBTLs as co-sponsors. Mr. Xie Jun, Deputy Chief Administrator of CNCA and Vice Chairman of the IECEE, and Mr. Chen Wei, Vice president of CQC , gave the opening speech of the meeting. Chairman of CTL and the delegates are all very satisfied with the arrangements of the meeting and expressed their appreciation for the host.
