On 13th Oct., 2008, Mr. Chen Wei, the vice president of China Quality Certification Center (CQC), received a visit from Mr. Alexander Kazakov and Ms. Natalia Bakshteeva, delegates from Russian Test& Certification Body Test-St.Petersburg.
