Ministry of Economic Development (MED) Delegation Visited China Quality Certification Centre

On 4th July, 2008, Mr. Chen Wei, the vice president of China Quality Certification Center (CQC), as well as the relevant persons on the agreement of MOU between China and New Zealand, received a visit from Ms Yvonne Lucas, the Director Competition,Trade and Investment (New Zealand) in Ministry of Economic Development (MED for short) in Beijing.
During the meeting, Mr. Chen Wei introduced the latest information of CQC, and exchanged opinions on main point to carry out certification entrustment under the framework on new FTA of China- New Zealand. The representatives from two parties also got researched on the surveillance and difference in Standards of special product under the MOU.
