1 Application scope

It applies for the use of the certificate issued by CQC.

The categories of the certificate:

1） CCC Certificate: It is referred to as “the Certificate for China Compulsory Product Certification”. It provides the evidence that the product meets the requirements for China Compulsory Product Certification and is qualified to use the certification mark;

2）CQC mark Certificate: The certificate for CQC mark certification (Voluntary Product Certification of China Quality Certification Centre), provide the evidence that the product meets the requirements for the Voluntary Product Certification of China Quality Certification Centre and is qualified to use the certification mark;

3）CB Test Certificate: It provides the evidence that the Electrical Equipment is qualified by the IECEE-CB Scheme.

2. Use of certificate

The certificate holder should abide by the Regulations for the Certificate and Certification Mark and the Regulations for CQC Product Certificate”.

2.1 The certificate should be well kept to avoid the loss, damage and the unexpected use.

2.2 When the following content of the certificate has changed, the certificate holder should apply for modification to certification body according to the Requirement for “the Conditions of Approval, Maintenance, Extension, Reduction, Suspension, Resumption, Withdrawal and Cancellation of the Certificate”.

1）It applies for CCC Certificate and CQC Mark Certification certificate:

a）The name and address of applicant, manufacturer and factory;

b）Register trade mark of the product (if necessary);

c）Name, catena, specification and type of the product;

d）Standards and technical rules for certification;

2）It applies for CB Test Certificate;

a）The name and address of applicant, manufacturer and factory;

b）Name, specification, register trademark (if necessary) and type of the product;

c）The criterion number, version number and revision number of the product.

2.3 When the certificate is suspended, withdrawn or canceled, the certificate holder should return the certificate to the certification body.
