  In order to implement the national quality inspection of on the "accreditation and certification training, advisory personnel management" approach(that is, section 61 of Act) better, in July 7, 2004, the vice director of Chinese quality certification centres (CQC) presided the meeting specially, the leaders of Personnel office, Integrated office, the system office and training centre and other departments participated the meeting, study and put into effect the awareness of the 61 order.

The NO.61 order is promulgated to standardize certification and accreditation of training, advisory personnel practice, and strengthen the management of authentication market. As China's largest professional accreditation body and registered the widest range of professional training institutions, CQC has always attached great importance to institution standardization building and the standardization of norms personnel management. At the forum, vice Director Cheyougao called for the relevant departments to combine their own situation , study seriously and enhance the awareness, and check and correc themselves according to the requirement of the document , to implement the NO.61 order strictly, to make the CQC work more standardized, scientific and impartial.
