Recently, Children's Hospital of Hunan was awarded the certificate of ISO 9001 quality management system and ISO14001 Environmental Management System which was awarded by china quality certification center (cqc) and becomes the nation's first hospital which has the CQC environmental management system certification.

  Hunan Children's Hospital is a third class – first grade hospital, collecting of child health, health care, rehabilitation, research, teaching in integrated, and also is the largest children's hospital in middle-south region. In March of 2003, the hospital first fetched in the ISO9001 and ISO14001 management system in their fellow hospitals. Formulated the quality guidelines of "good moral and operation to build an Eden of children’s health, stress pragmatic and novelty to push development of children medical care. And completed the transformation of the seven environmental management program, building the brand of green Children's Hospital with their full power.  

Through the operation of this system, the medical service environment was much improved, the staff’s awareness of quality environmental and laws and regulations was significantly increased, established an good image of high efficiency but low energy used children hospital in the community.
