 In September 17, 2004, the China Quality certification Center (CQC) and Circumference Logo Certification Center (CQM) which are the member institutions in the Chinese mainland of international certification Union (IQNet), made an IQNet forum jointly. Director Wang fengqing of the State certification supervision committee and Director Lizhonghai of National Standardization Management Committee attended the meeting and delivered a statement. Director Wang fengqing reviewed the history and development of accredited certification and the background of the establishment of the national commission, and explain the basic institutional framework, the responsibilities and roles. In her speech, the Director highlighted the effect the committee made in the rectifying of the market order. And called for the accreditation of foreign certification bodies in China must abide by Chinese activities related laws and regulations. Technical Director also made an important speech on the current certification situation in China. IQNet is the world's largest certification agencies Union and has 36 members in the world commitment to the adoption of value added, innovative services to meet customer needs. IQNet through unified management system in the world for multinational groups within clients accreditation and certification services, while promoting and supporting its member agencies to implement quality management certificate issued by the member agencies of the various members in the context of all be recognized. Forum launched focusing on how to provide value-added services to their clients. In the pattern of global economic integration, especially the world accreditation bodies IQNet member agencies on how to further adapt to the changes, and enhance their own competitiveness, to provide quality and efficient services have become a major issue.  In forums IQNet President Dr. Fabio Roversi introduced IQNet has an important role on international cross-certification of promoting economic development. IQNet Secretary-General, Mr. Hans Buser from IQNet own perspective to the General Assembly a comprehensive presentation of IQNet recent operation and activities.
