Hunan first revenue through the ISO 9001 certification

Recently, the State revenue bureau of Xin Huang Miao Autonomous County, Hunan Province passed the assessment by CQC Hunan center on-site to its revenue levy service system. It is marked that this bureau becomes the first to provide tax collection and management services according to the ISO9001:2000 quality management system standard in Hunan. Xin Huang Miao Autonomous County is  a minority ethnic area in the border of Hunan, Guizhou and Guangxi provinces. the council formed 10 years ago,  it promote the "love their work, pragmatic innovation, and civilized rule of law, probity and efficient" for the spirit of national taxation, conscientiously implement "tightening tax collection, plugging up loopholes, punishing corruption, and clear up delinquent tax payments" guidelines, completed the tasks, set a good image of national taxation. In Early of this year, the party group of this bureau continued to improve tax collection and enforcement services non stop, the Council decided to fully implement ISO9001:2000 quality management system, and set up a quality control office, hire experienced consultants certification, training more than 30 enforcement staff, the organization focused on the preparation of documents prepared system documentation team members, to the establishment of tax collection and management laws and regulations based, including quality manuals, procedures 40, over 300 copies of the records of the quality management system quality paper for the "enforcement fairness, the management of science standards, the staff needs to be diligent and honest, high quality and efficient service" quality guidelines. Through more than five months of system operation, the rate of tax registration, declaration rate, levy an extra tax put in storage rate and the rate of performance indicators have significantly improved; national tax system imposed "versatile one-window" services for the improvement of the quality of taxes first in-Huaihua city, won the taxpayer’s wide acclaim; they continuously improve the content of science and technology of service, and the” Golden Tax Project", "Hunan collection and management," "office automation" system is operating well, standardized the procedures, and enhance the efficiency and truly serve the people wholeheartedly.
