In order to implement the spirit of "foreign labor cooperation and capacity management approach" sending by Department of Commerce, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce in 2004 actively, to develop ISO9000:20003 in the system of organization involving foreign labor service export business, recently, China Quality Certification Center (CQC) and the Chinese External Contracts Project Commerce Association signed a cooperation agreements. CQC Director Lihuailin, vice Director Cheyougao and the Vice President Liu xuelai of Chinese External Contracts Project Commerce Association attended the contract signing ceremony. CQC Development Department Director Li Jie signed in the contract represents the CQC. The two sides also had friendly talks. The cooperation projects involving its nationwide branches, and the CQC development Department will organiaze CQC local assess center to do the scene examination. |
