Developing external factory inspector's training, unifying the external factory inspection standard

Strengthen external factory inspector's management,and unify the external factory inspection standard, is the most important thing to guarantee the external factory examination work. in order to improve the quality of external factory examination, from June 28 , 2005 to June 30, China quality certification centre (CQC ) convened “the external factory inspector continuous development training class”, inspection place and training place of CQC carried on train on the main technological file involved in the checking process of the factory examination and on external factory inspector's registration, more than 24 representatives coming from 14 external certification organizations participated in training. It also especially invited comrade Xu ShiYu of certification supervisory committee to attend the meeting to carry on training and guidance.
At the training meeting, comrade Xu ShiYu has carried on detailed explanation on “factory inspector management method of compulsory certification ". Afterwards, training office explained application procedure and qualification maintenance to employ the external factory inspector; The inspection office explained the 6 important technical support files, namely the practical operation of factory scene inspection, wrote down live record, the judging of the factory checks conclusion, the suspension, filling request of the factory inspection report, recovery cancelling, cancelling of certificate, correct usage of CCC and CQC sign.
In addition, the staff of CQC and the meeting representatives communicated on the question existing in trusting tasks in factory inspection outside the border, meanwhile, take this opportunity to carry on deep discussion with external organization on similarities and differences between CCC and Europe, American country inspection demand in factory.
This training defined the standard of the external factory checks, promoted the unification and validity of external factory check; valuable suggestion and information have been collected in the meeting.
