Achievement management and self-development training with the BSC

For further perfect central drive mechanism, enhance achievement management level of center administrative personnel, China quality certification center (CQC) invited the Professor Jin Shenghua of Beijing Normal University human resources development and management research institute to the center to present the achievement management training titled in “achievement management and self-development with the BSC”. Department Head Xie Zhaoxu of CQC personnel office emphasized in training that, the achievement management is not only one of personnel office’s primary duty, also is the important responsibility of the  other department managers, the center hoped to quote BSC to perfect centre achievement control system.

This training primary coverage includes: idea, content of BSC; significance of BSC to self-development - - professional profession development plan. CQC Minister of each room participated in training.
