13 new compulsory certification examination organizations signed with CQC

On July 15th, China quality certification center (CQC) convened sign awarding congress of CQC examination organization in Beijing; hold the sign awarding ceremony with 13 new examination organizations undertook compulsory certification examination duty. The 30 examination organizations which had adjusted CCC authorization project also on invitation attended the congress. Thus, there were 187 examination organizations which had signed with CQC already.

In order to guarantee the effective implementation of the compulsory product certification work, according to certification examination requirement, China State Certification Approval Management Supervision Committee issued 16th announcement On June 22^nd, in which carried on the adjustment on the laboratory undertook the compulsory product certification examination duty as well as its service and the region scope.

This ceremony is the important deployment of CQC to implement increasing certification valid instruction spirit of the state certification supervisory commission, to puss CCC certification work progress. CQC Director Li Huailin, assistant director Bo Yimin the state supervisory commission certification supervising and managing department, and CQC assistant Director Lu Mei attend the signing ceremony, and analyzed the question exists in CCC certification at present from the different aspects, proposed the clear request on standard compulsion certification, the standard inspects and examines personnel's behavior, enhanced the validity of the CCC certification, and strengthened communication service system and so on.

Director Li Huailin pointed out in the speech that, CQC will according to the correlation stipulation, develop work in line with fair, scientific, objective manner; Simultaneously requests the signing organizations to observe the rules and regulations, and CQC "Staff Rules" of state supervisory commission, and study the national laws and regulations earnestly, as soon as possible to be familiar with and grasps the CCC certification implementation rule and standard, establish the social good faith system together with CQC.

The assistant director Bo Yimin of the state supervisory commission certification supervising and managing department introduced the related situation of certification system in our, and transmitted the specific request on the CCC examination organization and staff of our country.

Assistant Director Lu Mei emphasized, in the next work, CQC and the signing examination organizations will strictly obey the related rules and regulations of state supervisory commission, collaborate to improve the examination quality, enhance communicates mutually, guarantee the smooth implementation of the CCC certification system .

After the ceremony, it also carried on the specialized training of examination organization management, the certification service flow, the factory inspection. In the afternoon of the day, six product certification department of the CQC carried on the grouping symposium according to service classification and the examination organization. At the meeting,

the product certification engineer carried on the exchange on the product certification flow, the product description, the test report request and so on many concrete links with the examination organization personnel, nailed down the technical detail, safeguarded the effective development of the following certification work. The examination organizations also in abundance indicated that, is willing to make joint effort with CQC for the healthy development of CCC certification system.
