In recent years, China quality certification center (CQC) northwest appraisal center comprehensive implemented the work requirement of "a center, two enhancements, three consummations, four unifications", emancipated the mind, transformed idea, develop innovation, kept pace with time, has adopted a series of important action in synthesis management, market development and appraisal work and so on, each work developed healthily, continually, and effectively. The CQC northwest appraisal center put troop construction on the first place, they started from the professional ability and honest government behavior standards of assessor, strengthened verification management to all levels. For example, regularly conducting the assessor continuous training class, and according to the need of market development, promptly expanded the verification troop, brings the conditioned application verification into line of northwest appraisal center formation. Now, the all levels of verifications of CQC northwest appraisal center (Shaanxi) distributed as follows: The QMS, 133 people; the EMS, 13 people; the OHSMS, 11 people, the verification resources could satisfy the demand of the verification work.

The verification quality determined the continuous development of certification organization. Along with the gradually increase of surveillance quantity, the CQC northwest appraisal center set up surveillance examination department, is especially responsible to supervise verification work. abolish the certificate of enterprise promptly which can not get through the examination, to guarantee the management system of enterprises which hold the card continuously conforming to the international standard, 109 certificate have been already abolished at present.

 

In order to further improve the verification quality, in the verification process, the CQC northwest appraisal center also strictly carries out "PDCA" pattern, carries on carefully plan to each verification work, emphasize verification work plan (PLAN). At the same time, contacts with customer two months in ahead, arranges the verification plan monthly, strengthens process management, unceasingly improves and enhances.

 

Each verification group should be done strictly according to the verification work plan and the single item verification plan may be made the appropriate readjustment according to the customer request. After each verification work, all materials must be checked by verify group leader, qualified evaluation personnel, the verification department and central director, make the prompt correction (ACTION) on the problem, guarantees the verification work quality. In the regular meeting of each month, central director carries on the detailed critique to the month verification situation for continuous improvement.

 

The CQC northwest appraisal center has been taking industriously works for more than 10 years, made the certification work of northwest region gradually straighten out.
