In order to carry out the corporate plan of China and North Korea certification and approval domain, authorized by the state certification supervisory commission, from July 26, 2005 to August 2, the China quality certification center (CQC) Director Li Huailin led the delegation to visit the North Korea quality surveillance bureau and the North Korean quality certification center, simultaneously conducted the large-scale training course, introduced ISO9001, the HACCP certification and the laboratory approval, the related standard and the service of GMP certification to more than 80 leaders, experts and the technical management personnel of the laboratory, the production enterprise and North Korea certification domain, explained each kind of technical questions which the North Korean students proposed on certification approval policy, service as well as the standard, visited partial certification enterprise of North Korea after the meeting.
The North Korea quality surveillance bureau take highly importance on this visit, Assistant Commissioner Piao Chengguo of North Korea quality surveillance bureau met the delegation, expressed the cooperation desire of China and North Korea, expressed thanks to the delegation for the contribution for the exchange, cooperation and development in certification approval domain of China and North Korea, as well as splendid training done in North Korea, and wished delegation to obtain the consummation. China embassy in North Korea democracy people's republic economical commercial secretary Gu Jin and the first secretary Li Guozhang looked in the delegation, expressed full affirmation on the achievement of training provided to North Korea, and hoped both sides further will strengthen the cooperation from now on.
