On August 20, 2005, the inauguration meeting of the national electrician electronic products and the system environment standardization work team (hereafter referred to as "environment standardization work team") first workshop was convened in Beijing, the leadership came from the national standard committee, the state development reformation committee, the national quality testing bureau, the information industries department, as well as the experts of the related research institute, the association, enterprise attended the inauguration meeting. The conference was sponsored by national standard committee high and new technology department, undertook by the China quality certification center (CQC), and managed by standard committee Director Liu Shuangqiu. CQC Director Li Huailin, Assistant Director Lu Mei attended the conference and made the important speech.
The environment standardization work team at present is consisted of the environment design work team, the deleterious substance examination method work team. The overall group secretariat of environment standardization work team is located in CQC, this also is the first time of CQC to undertake the organization supervisory work of the national standardization technology work team, Which symbolized CQC stepped out a solid step to the international certification organization of Trinity in the standard, the certification, the examination, is of strategic significance to present service as well as the long term development.
This environment standardization work team's primary mission is to develop standardization work suitable with IEC/TC111 electrician electronic products and the system environment domain, and the related standardized work of the standard research and establishment in view of the European Union worn electric appliance instruction and prohibition of certain deleterious substance instructions in the electric appliance.
Furthermore, the national standard committee has listed 10 standard projects, the environment standardization work team was responsible to draft, CQC undertook the establishment of the " the general request on the deleterious substance examination product split in the electronic electricity product ", “the general request on the expression method of deleterious substance buildup and content in the electronic electricity product”, and positively would participate in the formulation of other standard projects.
