On the morning August 26, 2005, the card awarding ceremony that TianShi group obtained CQC HACCP food safety control system certification certificate was held in the Great Hall of the People, this is first enterprise of health foods profession which got through the certification in domestic. Tianjin Mayor Dai Xianglong, the state certification supervisory commission Director Wang Fengqing, China quality certification center Director Li Huailin, China health care association Director Zhang Fenglou, Tianjin entry and exit examination quarantine bureau Chief Zhao Guoqing, Tianjin quality engineering supervision bureau Chief Wu Chu, Tianjin sanitation bureau Chief Zhang Yu, Tianjin food drugs surveillance bureau Chief Zhang Jianjin attended the ceremony.

 

In recent, the ordinary food security problem is a focal point of the society, but the health foods security problem has not aroused the widespread interest. On the other hand, the health foods profession is in the advancement to be gradually standardized, the exterior restraint and internal self-discipline of enterprises are relatively weaker. The “Health foods Registration Policing method (Implementation)” implemented since this July 1 cancel the lifelong system registration of the health foods for the first time, plus the "Health foods Advertisement Temporary provisions" executed on August 1, the two regulations will have the profound influence to the health foods profession standardization. Under this background, the TianShi group took the lead to obtain HACCP certification without doubt made a bugle sound for the health foods safe certification and the health foods profession standardization, it also hoped to set up the standard for the profession by practical action, promoted the standard development of entire profession.

 

At the ceremony, the state certification supervisory commission director Wang Fengqing, Tianjin Mayor Dai Xianglong separately issued the Chinese and English HACCP certificate to the TianShi group president Li Jinyuan. As the first health foods enterprise which has obtained the HACCP certification, the TianShi group president Li Jinyuan indicated in the speech that, the group took importance to product quality and food security all along, and took it as responsibility to the consumer. In the past to years since establishment, the group has already passed ISO9001: 2,000 international quality systems certification and so on, and obtained the domestic and international honor and the award item for many times. As the international enterprise which has the branch offices in 103 countries, its products have to pass the local qualifications examination while entering each country and region. To obtain the HACCP certification this time manifested strict self- request of the group in the quality security and observance to international standard.
