Paying Attention to customer expectation, experiencing certification flow
 
For further improve the certification work quality, enhance the certification work validity, facilitate certification customer, enhance the working efficiency, the China quality certification center (CQC) developed the activity of “paying attention to customer expectation, experiencing certification flow". On September 15, 2005, the project group workshop of “CQC experiencing certification flow" convened in Beijing, symbolized the CQC experiencing flow activity officially started. CQC Assistant Director Wang Kejiao attended the conference. Nearly 40 people of center various products place room, branch centers, the examination organization representatives, the customer representatives discussed at the meeting on the active work plan.
 
The experiencing activity included four stages of preparation, investigation, experience, and analysis, discovered the insufficiency of  the CQC product authentication, the system authentication, training and the personnel manage work experiences by way of experience, visit, discussion, separately from the customer angle, the CQC staff's angle, the examination organization angle and so on, discovered the improvement direction, proposed the improvement opinion, determined the standard of essential flow ,optimized the CQC work link.
 
This activity will last for three months, specifically planned and implemented by the inspector general place. This work team conference mainly explained the project plan, nailed down the responsibility division, discussed and determined the work plan, and proposed and discussed essential process and the control target in the CQC product certification, the system certification, training and the personnel supervisory work.
 
Assistant Director Wang Kejiao said at the meeting that, this activity was the summary to the whole work flow in the past three years, hoped through this activity to achieve the goal that to improve the CQC work quality, enhance certification validity, enhance grade of service, enhance working efficiency
