From September 27 to 29th, the China quality certification center (CQC) Jiangsu appraisal center sent out the verification group to carry on the annual surveillance to the Nanjing regional tax bureau. According to the arrangement, CQC carried on the sample investigation on the Nanjing regional tax bureau tax affairs management and service process, and the correlation region.
Having got through CQC the Jiangsu appraisal center ISO9001 quality control system authentication verification since December, 2003 ,the Nanjing regional tax bureau persisted taking the customer as the attention focal point, practically improves the work style, unceasingly optimizes the tax affairs management and the service flow, the customer degree of satisfaction unceasingly enhanced, continuously 2 years be the best in the Nanjing institution attitude comparison and appraisal, its quality control level occupied in the leading status of the governmental agency.
The result which the bureau obtained in the quality control system work mainly benefits from following six aspects: firstly, the leadership highly took importance; secondly, positively participation of the whole staff; Thirdly, high combination of the system movement and service operation; Fourthly, the system document has strongly "enforcement strength"; Fifthly, the effective surveillance survey of the tax affairs management and the service process; Sixthly, the quality control system is provided with continuous improvement mechanism.
After the earnest verification, the verification group finally confirmed the Nanjing regional tax quality control system conform to the certification criterion requirement, may continue to use the ISO9001: 2,000 quality control system certification certificate issued by CQC.
