The 69th session of IEC congress of the international electrician committee (IEC) was held from October 16, 2005 to 21st in the South African Cape Town, the national electrician electronic products and system environment standardization work team group leader, China quality certification center Assistant Director Lu Mei led the group participating the IEC/TC111 technical committee conference from 20th to 22nd.
