The CQC factory inspection technology subcommittee (SC3) 2005 annual meetings convene in Beijing on 2005 November 7^th. 18 committee members of the CQC headquarters, the mechanical and electrical kind of examination organization, the certification customer as well as 19 specially invited representatives came from the non- mechanical and electrical kind of examination organization, the certification customer and the embranchment centre attended this annual meeting. CQC Assistant Director Lu Mei attended the meeting and thanked on behalf of CQC to various units' committee member for the work done for the subcommittee. Director Wu Xiaolong proposed the request to the content and the pattern of SC3 subcommittee future work, hoped the subcommittee to play the major role in enhancing the factory inspection technology and the management level, guaranteeing the validity of certification. Committee Secretary General Lin Xuedong reported the annual work summary of subcommittee.

 

The annual meeting discussed the SC3 subcommittee movement rule and the proposition to increase the non- mechanical and electrical kind of specialized committee member, examined and approved 129 factory inspection work instruction books organized by the China quality certification center examination service station and the SC3 secretariat in view of the different category product, These instruction books were completed by the different specialized expert with a year ,the content contains the regular confirmation examination, the routine inspection, the confirmation examination request (including request  on instrumentation), the scene assigning experiment, the parallel shot request and so on, the attending committee members all thought it laid the solid foundation  for guaranteeing the validity of factory inspection .
