Inducting the advanced international standard into the government department

The Haidian technology supervision bureau obtained the CQC ISO9001 quality control system certification

       On the morning of November 25^th, Director Li Huailin of China quality certification center (CQC) handed over personally the ISO9001 quality control system certification certificate to Bureau Chief Chang Yingshi of Beijing Haidian District Quality Engineering supervision Bureau. followed the Haidian District regional tax bureau, this was the second Haidian District functional organization of government system which successfully got through the CQC ISO9001 quality control system certification verification, indicated the Haidian District quality engineering supervision bureau inducted the advanced international standard into the internal management, realized the synthesis of traditional management pattern and the advanced international standard, carried on the successful attempt in the transforming government function, regulating internal management, enhancing law enforcement efficiency, provide the safeguard that  stressing the quality from the source, also played an exemplary role to other government apparatus.

       at the meeting director Li said, the various countries unanimously agreed that the certification work played the  positive and effective role in purifying the market environment, in keeping public benefit and people’s health, at present in domestic, every walk of life are studying the implementation of 16 session of Fifth Plenary Session spirit; according to the request of comprehensive realization of science development view and construction of socialism harmonious society's, the quality engineering supervision works and certification work also have to play the major role in the national economy and the social development, It is Not only need to continue to complete the work in some traditional domain, but also need to develop one's ability to the full in promoting transform/shift of the government functions, solution of “agriculture,countryside,farmer” problems, promotion of foreign trade, guaranteeing healthy security. CQC had always been maintained the good cooperation with all levels of quality engineering supervision organization, through the implementation of quality control system certification to the Haidian District quality engineering supervision bureau, further promoted understanding, unfolded the broader cooperation stage.

     It is reported, in This May, Beijing Haidian District Government positively carried out the international advanced ISO9001 quality control system to enhance management level and the working efficiency in this area, its 19 subordinate government departments had together signed the certification contract with CQC.  Under the vigorously support of Haidian District leader and great effort of various departments and units, now there are 10 units which have accepted the CQC scene verification in succession, the other plans will be completed in the end of  the year.
