From November 23 to 25th, the first class of China quality certification center (CQC) practical statistical technology training curriculum was conducted successfully in Beijing, 39 verifications of the CQC system department, the product department, training center, Sichuan appraisal center participated in this training. After three day-long earnest studies, students responded warmly, thought that the curriculum content was rich, form was vivid, closed to the practice, can help the assessor to enhance the ability to provide the increment verification service to the high end customers, and help certification customer to discover and the solute the quality problems, pursue the higher quality achievements. At the same time, the students also gave the constructive comment to this curriculum further revision.

 

       In order to mobilize the enthusiasm of various branch office to develop the training curriculum, fully uses the research and develop resources, the China quality certification center (CQC) issued "CQC Training Curriculum Sets up file Policing method" in2005 April. Through the full investigation and communication in prophase, the CQC Jilin appraisal center undertook and developed the continued training curriculum in view of the CQC verification------"the practical statistical technology training curriculum", and reported it to training center to be put on records. CQC organized the expert group to carry on the thorough appraisal to the curriculum material, and put forward the proposal on the curriculum difficulty and the time arrangement. The expert group thought that, This curriculum counts the knowledge to the verification quality control, takes it as goal that to sharpen the verification ability and provide the increment service for the enterprise, the content is systemic, can satisfy the need of continued training of verification. There were not excessively mathematical formula in the curriculum, but adopted the advanced educational model which included case scene induction of the vivid verification real case, scene demonstration operation of the statistical software, the game interaction and so on, explained the profound in simple language, is advantageous for the student to grasp.

 

       This main content of this curriculum included: practical statistics tool------the rudimentary knowledge of statistics, the quality diagnostic tool (sampling, causes and effects chart, Shainin changeable analysis), statistics process control SPC, the process ability analysis, the beforehand controls chart, the quality function expanding QFD and so on; and supplement knowledge----- application in the verification process, 6Sigma outline, ISO/TR10017 etc.

 

       The successful promotion of this practical statistics technology curriculum is the achievement that CQC and CQC Jilin appraisal center realized resources sharing and made the high-quality goods curriculum together, is a beneficial attempt of CQC in curriculum research management pattern. From now on, CQC will continue to consummate this curriculum and realize seriation, carries on the corresponding adjustment and supplement in view of the certification customer’s demand, promote it to assessors and certification customers within national scope.
