Recently, CNCA issued the compulsory certification implementation rule of automobile and the motorcycle spare part, to coordinate this new certification service, the South Korean embranchment center of China quality certification center (CQC) promptly transmitted the newest certification service information to the South Korean enterprise, and convened "the explanation meeting of South Korean automobile motorcycle spare part product compulsory certification” on December 14, 2005 in Seoul. Nearly 115 representatives of MOBIS, SL Corporation, the IHL joint-stock company and the South Korean EMC laboratory (KEL), TUV KOREA and correlation organizations attended the conference. The representatives nearly covered the all South Korean enterprises of entire vehicle and spare part, because the number of representatives greatly surpassed the estimate of sponsor, it could not but temporary increased seat in the midway to meet the need.
The conference first made the brief introduction on the China compulsory certification system (CCC) and the CQC survey to the conference representatives, the engineer of CQC headquarters---who was responsible for this project----gave the explanation on the 11 kind of automobiles and motorcycles spare part product certification request issued in the 137th announcement of CNCA, the content was involved in product applicable scope, certification pattern, unit division, related standard and so on. Afterwards, the conference also introduced the flow of accept, experiment, verification as well as the certification request, and carried on the Q/A. on unit division, experiment, cycle which the enterprise cared about . In order to facilitate the customer to understand the correlation request of the new issue, this conference especially prepared the detailed conference material and the necessary teaching material.
During the conference period, South Korean enterprise, such as the SL, IHL, specially brought the application material, South Korea divided center and headquarters product section three at the scene accepted the nearly 20 applications. The CQC South Korea divided center established the good interaction with the enterprise through the explanation meeting, created the advantage to hold the market, to develop service in the future.
