The quality is foundation of the authentication work, the China quality certification center (CQC) unceasingly established and consummated quality safeguard system in practice, also unceasingly strengthened the quality supervising and managing mechanism, strengthened supervising and managing dynamics after certification, guaranteed the effective certification. Therefore, from December 27, 2004 to 29th, CQC specially held the expert seminar of quality surveillance in Beijing, policy and legal affair department Director Yuan Junming, certification supervising and managing department assistant director Bo Yimin, Zhao Zongbo, of supervisory commission, laws and regulations section chief Bi Yuan of quality testing bureau, who were engaged in the certification work for a long time attended the conference.
CQC Director Li Huailin made the introduction and the summary at the meeting on the development situation of CQC certification work and the quality surveillance work. The attending personnel deliberated on the method of the product certification, the system certification and the quality surveillance work of training service, achieved the mutual recognition on the importance of surveillance work, orientation and resources safeguard of surveillance department as well as establishment, consummation and implementation of surveillance system.
