The technical expert offered advices, promote development of certification enterprise ---- CQC convened 2004 annual canvass congress of technical executive committee

 China Quality Certification Center (CQC) 2004 annual summary congress of Technical committee (hereafter referred to as CQC technique commission) executive committee was convened recently. CQC Director Li Huailin, assistant Director Wang Kejiao, assistant Director Lu Mei and executive committee member, subcommittee directors and assistant director committee members attended the congress. The conference also specially invited three senior consultants of technique commission , discussed development ideas for CQC. They are: China Academy of Science academician, machinery academy of science honorary chief, the national mechanical science and technology committe Assistant Director Mr. Xu Xingchu, China Academy of engineering academician, Beijing Chemical industry professor, postgraduate candidate Teacher Mr. Gao Jinji, as well as Qinghua University project strength department professor, postgraduate candidate Teacher Mr. Xu Bingye.

     CQC technique commission established officially in 2003 September, consists of five subcommittees--- standard and certification, examination technology, factory inspection technology, management system certification, and the personnel and training, and made up of near 400 technical expert came from the various trades and occupations all over the country.

And invites well-known experts of Technical and Technology department, Academia Sinica government apparatuses, the scientific research courtyard and so on the technical department, China Academy of Science, national standards committee, China Academy of engineering, Qinghua University, American ZhuLan Institute, IECEE, IQNet, and  the international certification organization as consultant to participate in the instruction technical committee work.  

     In the recent one year, the subcommittees according to the work plan as well as the practical work need determined on the inauguration meeting in 2004, depends upon and uses CQC examination organization, each suitable standardization technical committee, the society and even the superiority of international organization on the certification research and the practice, carried out the corresponding engineering research and exchange activity, has yielded the substantial result: The standard and the certification subcommittee promptly track national standards policy, has promptly provided the standard information and the technical support for the certification work, and the project research and development; The examination technology subcommittee fully used examination technical expert superiority, has displayed the positive role in the CB duplicate appraisal and international exchange; The factory inspection subcommittee unified the theory and actual, refined, definitude the factory inspection regulation and the flow, has guaranteed the factory inspection work standards and the uniformity; The system certification subcommittee strengthened the scientific research topic research, advanced positively development of certification market; Certification personnel and training subcommittee advanced positively the curriculum research and development, laid the good foundation for the cultivation and development of market. In more than year of period, the technique commission and experts has solved many technical problems which in the appeared in certification process, and positively participated in the technology research of international organization, has developed the promotion and the application of technical achievement in the related domain, provide the extremely powerful technical guidance for the certificate work, provided more scientific and the solid technical support for the CQC development, simultaneously provided a high level technical platform for our country's certification enterprise to meet the international standard. The three senior consultants also gave the positive affirmation to CQC certification service work, and unified own work domain and the experience of participating in government decision-making, put forward the critical proposal to the CQC next work direction.

     Director Li Huailin pointed out it is extremely essential year of 2005 to our certificate enterprise, also a very important year for CQC to deepen reform, speed up development.
