                      ——The first real estate surveys office got through CQC ISO9000 international management system certification

      Recently, China quality certification(CQC) issued the ISO9000 international quality control system certification certificate to Sian real estate survey office, this symbolized the first real estate mapping profession in our country started to use the international standard to consummate, enhance real estate mapping quality work.

      The Sian real estate survey office is a subordinate specialized real estate measurement unit of the Sian property right administrative center, its real estate measurement result is the basis of house property right registration.The Sian real estate surveys the office fully realized the real estate survey department must take the quality as the root, decided to carry on the ISO9000 international quality control system in the survey office, to enhance and safeguard survey product quality level with internationalization quality control system pattern. From 2004 September to 2005 february, through the earnest comprehensive communication, meticulous and exhaustive diagnosis, the massive history data analysis,the Sian real estate survey office planned the thorough birthplace sign plan, formulated the operational quality policy and quality goal, and decomposed it to  each department. Mobilization of everybody, operation of entire process, strictly passes through the sign according to the ISO9000 international quality control system request. Has established “four checks”in the quality control system, namely: checks for the first time in the site survey, sencond check in the scene inspect,third check in the team quality testing, fourth check in the total quality testing; Simultaneously drawn up “Examination table of Customer satisfaction Degree” for the first time, carried on continually track and surveillance to the entire survey process, promptly processed the problem which appears in the survey process and the customer reflected, enhanced the qualified rate in large scale of examination, reduced the mistake rate of product.At present, the all staff of Sian real estate survey office according to the document request of ISO9000 international quality control system, work earnestly, improve continually, diligently provide the more satisfactory service for the customer.
