On 2005 April 26, Assistant Commissioner Mr. Pak Song Guk of North Korean Country Quality Surveillance Bureau (SAQM)and his party visits China quality certification center (CQC), Director Li Huailin received the visiting and expresses welcome, international cooperation department Department Head Huang Shouyun of state supervisory commission and so on joins the discussion also.
Mr. Pak Song Guk thanked CQC for help North Korea establish the certification approval system and the massive work done by CQC recent years, praised specialized technology ability and the outstanding staff highly of CQC. Director Li Huailin said, the friendship between China and North Korea is permanent, CQC is willing to make joint effort with North Korean Country Quality Surveillance Bureau (SAQM) for North Korea establishes a set certification system conform to the national condition, impels the economical and the trade development between the two countries.
