The China quality certification center (CQC) inspecting department convened "the CQC factory inspection technology proclaiming meeting” from January 14, 2005 to 17th in Beijing, the authenticate supervising and managing department Director Liu Weijun of  the naional supervisory commission, CQC Assistant Director Wang Kejiao attended the conference.

     Director Liu Weijun gave the speech on the present overall situation, the development condition and the questions of CCC certification, hoped CQC requested with the high standard itself, unceasingly consummated and improved, provided the powerful guarantee for the validity of CCC certification. Assistant Deputy Office Chief Wu Xiaolong  of CQC examination station summarized the factory inspection work in 2004 , and proclaimed the "Factory Scene Inspection Work Instruction Book" and other 12 factory inspection technology documents, discussed on how  to enhance the factory inspection quality, guaranteed the validity of factory inspection, work mentality in 2005 , discussed " regular confirmation examination, the routine inspection, the confirmation examination request (including request on instrumentation), the scene assigned experiment, coherence examination of each kind of product” which would be drawn soon.
