CQC中标商务部对外援助工程第二方审核项目CQC is selected by the department of commercial affairs to undertake the second side verification project of foreign aid project  

2005年3月21日，商务部正式发出通知，同意由CQC承担商务部对外援助工程的第二方审核工作。这表明CQC在商务部第二方审核招标竞争中战胜众多强劲同行，胜利获得该重大认证项目。On 2005 March 21, the department of commercial affairs sent out the official notice, agreed CQC to undertake the second side verification work of its foreign aid project. This indicated CQC defeats the multitudinous strong colleagues in the public bidding, obtained this significant certification project successfully.

      第二方审核是依据顾客的相关程序规定以及合同规定执行的由组织的顾客或由其他人以顾客的名义进行的审核。CQC通常是作为独立的认证组织为顾客提供第三方审核服务。      The second side verification is executed based on the related procedure and contract of customer by organized customers or by other people who carries in name of customer. 此次参与商务部对外援助工程第二方审核项目竞标工作，本着促进CQC行业多元化发展的原则，经过精心策划和准备，于3月14日递交了该项目的投标申请书。CQC participated in the bid of foreign aid project second side verification project, in line with the principle of promoting CQC profession multiplication development, planed and prepared careful, submitted this project bid requisition on March 14. 商务部经过层层审查，并采取向认可机构发出外调、向CNCA电话咨询等严格的审查方式对投标单位进行审查。CQC最终在多家候选机构中脱颖而出，赢得这个重大政府认证项目。 The department of commercial affairs carries on the strict examination to the bid unit through sending out the transfer to the approval organization and telephone consultation to CNCA.CQC bloomed finally in many candidate organizations, and won this significant government certificate project.

这几个环节主要包括对援外工程投标企业的质量保证计划和质量保证措施的评审，国内后勤组质量保证能力以及施工技术组质量保证能力的审核。

      为高质量的完成一系列的国内及海外审核工作，CQC总部将设立商务部对外援助工程第二方审核项目组，统一调配和组织各评审中心的相关人力和技术资源，确保在评审中心的大力配合和支持下按商务部各项要求圆满完成审核任务。目前商务部已向CQC下达第一个审核项目，即埃塞俄比亚职业学校施工项目国内后勤组质量保证能力审核。CQC将脚踏实地，全力以赴，迈出开拓性的第一步。
