From 2005 April 7 to April 8, the appraisal group organized by China Quality Certification Center (CQC)NCB Secretariat carry on the pre-appraisal to the Suzhou laboratory of UL MeiHua Corporation. UL MeiHua laboratory  have signed the agreement with CQC on this March 25, CQC would join the CB system as NCB, applied to become the CB laboratory. 

     The appraisal group was composed of the NCB secretariat engineer  Bian Jing, Director Xiao Xiangrong of the electronic forth department, general-engineer Pan Quan of  Beijing electrical appliances institute.

According to the request of IECEE movement document, the NCB secretariat unifies our country syndics’es experience of attending the IECEE international colleague appraises, formulated the detailed appraisal request, the appraisal key basic was basiclly accord with the international appraisal trail. Experience of CB item enlargement last year demonstrate that, the CB pre-appraisal obviously reduced unqualified items in the official appraisal, was of great help to enhance the laboratory technical ability, and to buildup crosswise exchange. Therefore, Suzhou UL MeiHua laboratory continuously used this way, so as to discovere and correct the possible problems exist in laboratory as soon as possible, smoothly get through the IECEE international colleague appraises.

After the pre-appraisal, the UL MeiHua laboratory further would consummate each preparatory work. The official appraisal of IECEE would be carried on from May to June this year.
