Entrusted by state supervisory commission, from 2005 April 25 to April 26, the China quality certification center (CQC) formulated the “Organic Product certification Implementation Rule”, which smoothly got through the examines and approves and would be promulgated in the near future. This symbolized certification laws and regulations, the standard system of organic product have been established officially in our country. The registration management department Director Shi Xiaowei of state supervisory commission, Department Head Li Chunguang of agricultural product certification place, the concerned expert and the CQC correlation personnel attended the examination and approval meeting. 

The “Organic Product certification Implementation Rule” was promulgated according to the correlation request of “certification Approval Rule”, the newion “Organic Product Authentication Policing method”, and “GB/T 19630-2005 organic product”. Director Shi Xiaowei stressed at the meeting that, the certification of organic product should be accord with the international trail, conform to characteristic of the organic product production and the organic industrial development. The implementation of “Organic Product Authentication Implementation Rule” is provided with the vital significance to rule organic product certification work, to guarantee the uniformity between certification procedure and the management basic request, and the validity of certification, to promote sustainable development of organic industry in our country.
