CQC yields the significant result in the quality control system implementation research work of China culture service industry 

Recently, the extending meeting of "China Culture Service industry Quality control System Implementation Guide" achievement was convened in Beijing, because China quality authentication center (CQC) received the commendation and is awarded the honor certificate for the prominent contribution in this research work.

       The “China Culture Service industry Quality control System Implementation Guide” is imbursed by the China foundation for society culture development and the Canadian Agency for international development,is suppoted by China Ministry of Culture, China Department of commercial affairs, China Country Certification Approval Management Supervision Committee, China Certification Organization Approval Committee,and is established by China foundation for society culture development and Canadian Standard Association organization.

This is one of “community policy choice project (PPOP)”of Canadian Agency for international development,which was aim to help China to formulate the necessary policy of socio-economic reform, expands its influence indirectly. Our country formulates this "Guide" is to profit from the advanced managerial experience of international cultural industry, advances the health, order, standard development of our culture industry. 

       This project officially started up in 2004 April, the third manuscript revision now has been completed and entered the final finalization stage. According to the project plan,from May 23 2005 to May 26,the work coference of this “guide” was held in Beijing，the correlation leaders of Ministry of Culture, the department of commercial affairs, Bureau of Civil Administration and the experts of Canadian Embassy, Canadian Agency for international development, the Canadian Standard Association's attend the conference and make the speech, at the meeting, the 6 organizations including CQC which have made contribution in the draft work of "Guide" received honor certificate .

       This guide is composed by the guide and the regulated appendix, regulated appendix including: appendix A: Museum profession quality control system implementation guide; Appendix B: Museum profession environment management system implementation guide; Appendix C: Audio and video product wholesale, retail sales and hiring service management system implementation guide; Appendix D: Audio and video and electronic publication duplication profession quality control system implementation guide; Appendix E: theater quality control system implementation guide; Appendix F: theater quality control system implementation guide. As the expert of this project and the member of "Guide" draft work team , CQC engineer Zhou Xiangmei took participated in this work from beginning to end, and has independently compiled "Theater Quality control System Implementation Guide" and "Theater Quality control System Implementation Guide".
