CQC attends the first session of the “China and Canada construction lumber product certification technology seminar” 
 
 On June 8 2005,  China quality certiftication center (CQC) participated the “China and Canada construction lumber product certification technology seminar”convened by the Ministry of Construction, the Nation Certification Surveillance Management Committee, the Canada mortgage loan and the dwelling office, and the Canadian natural resource department in Beijing. Assistant Director Cheng fang of the Nation Certification Surveillance Management Committee and Chief Engineer Wang Tiehong of the Ministry of Construction gave the important speech. The experts Comes from Our country Wood construction Standardization Committee, the architectural engineering quality examination organization, the Canadian natural resource department, the mortgage loan and the dwelling office, the embassy stationed in China, the wood industry association attended the conference.
 
This seminar carried on the exchange and the deliberation mainly on Chinese and Canada's certification approval system, specially the quality assurance system and the quality products authentication procedure of wood construction. During this conference, the CQC representatives discussed with the attending expert on the feasibility of domestic construction lumber product certification. Next step, CQC will cooperate with the correlation unit and the expert to implement CQC symbol certification of construction lumber.
