From 2005, June 7 to 9, CQC convened the 5th enlarged meeting of HACCP technology group of CQC technical committee in Beijing, the CNAB Assistant Secretary-General Wu Jing, CQC Assistant Director Liu Changsheng attended the conference and made the speech, 27 experts of HACCP technology groups and which come from HQ, appraise center and entry-exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau attended the conference.  

 The  CNAB Assistant Deputy Secretary-General Wu Jing attended the meeting and introduce the national 10th five-year task—the development of "Establishment and Implementation of HACCP System for Food Enterprise and Food and beverage industry " experiment site work, and ISO22000 standard, and also put forward some gold advices on HACCP certification work.  

On the meeting, assistant director Liu Changsheng made the speech on the HACCP system authentication development, how to fully use the technical committee to research technical question as well as to enhance the verification quality and the verification validity. The Director Li Jie of subcommittee of CQC technical committee system has also made the analysis on the current HACCP authentication situation, and has given the full affirmation to the system subcommittee HACCP group's work, indicated the system subcommittee will support the HACCP group work with all one's strength. 

       The conference notified the development tendency of ISO22000 food safety control system standard, analysed the difference between 22000 standard DIS version and FDIS version, discussed and determined the foundation condition and necessary content of the system document for the 7 specialized experiment site enterprises to carry out HACCP topic,determined the experiment site enterprise's verification work arrangement and the request. At the same time, to satisfies the need of CNAB new approval criterion and the HACCP authentication development situation, the conference determined new HACCP verified person-day table and verification form of one stage, determined the classified principle of CQC expanded HACCP system professional field on the entire food chain, discussed the measure and method to enhance the laboratory verification valid, and explain and  proclaime the related content of 05 edition system document. 

This conference strengthened the HACCP verification technological exchange, unified the understanding, and built the good foundation for the HACCP topic work smooth advancement and the next service development.
