Loreal (China) Ltd. obtained the first quality environment protection certificate of CQC, became the first cosmetic enterprise which passed the quality environment protection certificate of CQC.

In order to improve products quality, induct consumers buy safety cosmetic, and satisfy consumers’ requirement on quality environment protection, CQC introduces quality environment protection certificate for cosmetic.

Last year, Loreal (China) Ltd. formally submitted application to CQC for Little nurse Garnierg vitamin milk. Received application, Shanghai branch center of CQC organized experienced certification manager and factory inspector conducted the document analysis research to it, simultaneously, edited the implementation rules for cosmetic quality environment protection and quality environment protection technical requirements for skin toning lotion. Because their excellent works, Loreal (China) Ltd. gave CQC very high praise.
