On January 6, 2006, the Beijing Pinggu district people's government office smoothly passed the China quality certification center (CQC) the ISO9001:2000 quality control system certification appraisal, and also obtains the ISO9001:2000 quality control system certification certificate. 40 persons including the CQC Beijing appraisal center’s person in charge and Pinggu area government leadership and the staff of the government office as well as the consultation organization attended the proclaiming ceremony.

Since 2005, the CQC Beijing appraisal center took this governmental agency's certification to be the central work, they organized the capability troops, and established the work team for governmental agency to authenticate, implemented the special management and the specialist responsibility system. In 2005, they had completed the certification work. About the judicature bureau, the safe supervise bureau, the plan bureau of Tong Zhou district and the government office in pinggu district.

As a government apparatus part, passing the quality system of Pinggu district people's government office, not only worked the leading role for Beijing the  other area government departments' certification, but also was a good beginning of  the CQC Beijing appraisal center certification work in 2006.
