Building communicating system to push 3c confirmation of auto fragments, the third communicating congress of compulsory product testament between China national confirmation association (CNCA) and auto industries of Europe and America makes a great success

XIaMen sees the third communicating meeting of compulsory product testament between CNCA and European and American auto industries during January 19 to 20 in 2006. CNCA and CQC hold the meeting together. Vice director JinLiPin with CNCA, vice director LiuChangSheng with CQC, together with more than 90 delegates of verification commission of national qualify checking department ,national standard committee ,traffic science department of Civil Security Ministry, ACEA and KBA with other 41organizations take part in the meeting.

During the meeting, KBA introduced the testing standards and program of European vehicles.

The host nation’s introduction includes compulsory product 3C confirmation system, vehicles’s repairing regulations, 13 kinds of auto details testament plan and import vehicles special treatment program recently announced by CNCA, light truck testing comparing experience organized by CNCA and National Environmental Protecting Commission. JinLinPing with CNCA and represents with third department of CQC answer the questions about 3C testament system and regulations execution at the meeting.

  Through the, CNCA, CQC and EU-American auto industries have established good communicating system. Both sides discuss the key items and problems deeply. EU-American vehicle industry knows more about national 3C confirmation system by the meeting and at the same time it contributes the healthy development of 3C system. A solid basement of the job about 13 kinds of auto fragments and 3C confirmation system has been built.
