—Luan county Government passed ISO 9021 quality management certification

At the News Release Conference by Luan County Government on March 9^th, CQC deputy director Mr Liu Changsheng announced that field assessment showed that development environment of the Luan government conformed to the certification standard and was eligible for the ISO 9001 certificate. Luan county thus became the nation’s first county-level government to introduce system certification for county development environment and successfully pass.

At the beginning of 2005, Luan County first formally presented its application for ISO 9001 quality management certification. With 5 months’ learning and preparation, and with the support by the county leaders, it successfully passed CQC field assessment in December, 2005.

At the conference, CPC County Committee secretary Mr Miao Chengde expressed his thank to the CQC, on behalf of the county government, for its professional and authoritative certification services which helped the government a lot in establishing the procedural management mode and further regulating its development environment, sending the development environment of Luan county onto a new stage.
