The CQC Staff’s Face-to Face Exchange with American Professors over ROHS-Related Technical Problems
On July 19th, Prof. Michael Pecht, Dean of Manland University Dept of High Life Cycle, visited the CQC at invitation, and had a talk with CQC staff over the topic “ROHS and Product Reliability”.
In the talk, the two sides had an in-depth talk over the Influence of “improper ROHS implementation on product reliability”, effect of electrical migration in lead-free soldering flux on product reliability”, “evaluation of weld strength after product unleading”, “Long-Period Temperature Circulation Test”, “Research on Vibration and Shock”, and “corrosion risks in product unleading”. The two sides agreed that such face-to face exchange was good for promoting understanding and friend ship between the two sides.
Prot Michael Pecht is an expert in electronic product reliability study and ROHS with lots of working experience and a voluminous publication.
