Strengthen the Administration of Training, and Improve the Quality of Teaching
--the CQC called a discussion over training work for product certification
Recently, the CQC held a clinic meeting about training work for product certification, and 20 instructor’s for the training of factory inspectors and inner-auditors attended the meeting. This meeting laid a solid foundation for improving the instructor’s team, strengthening the administration of the training work, enhancing teaching quality and ensuring content coherence in the training.
The meeting started with an introduction about the causes for the building of the CQC training guidance and management system, its goals, the Regulations for Training Guidance and Management, the training work for the sustainable product certification business in 2005, and the general working plan for CQC’s training work about product certification in 2006. Drawn on previous teaching experience, the newly-edited teaching films, teacher’s books, and reference materials for factory inspector’s training were revised; the class contents were unified; discussions and assessment were given on the revising plan for the inner-auditors’ courses in product certification and the plan for factory inspectors’ training in measurement knowledge; while suggestions were given by front-line instructors as to the further training work about product certification.
Besides, experts from the Zhejiang Bureau of Exit-Entry Inspection and Quarantine were invited to the discussion to give training in the teaching techniques.
