Intensity Training and Management of Inspector Team
--the CQC Northwest Assessment Center Ningxia Office held 2006 inspectors running-on training class
On may 10th ,2006, the CQC Northwest Assessment Center Ningxia Office (the CQC Ningxia) held a ceremony for the opening of the 2006 inspectors running-on training class and the sing-in of full–and part-time inspectors and technical experts, Ningxia EIQ deputy director Mr Qiaohui attended the ceremony and delivered an important speech. 30 inspectors and technicians from the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region attended the training.
With the expanding of certification services, CQC Ningxia inspector team is grow rapidly, the training and management of the inspector team is becoming a pressing task. In response to problems rising in assessment work in 2005 and specific call from the CQC Ningxia, the CQC Ningxia set the training objectives, laid down the training content, and sponsored this training class.
Lectures by the 3 instructors touched topics like regulations for inspectors and impartiality and secrecy demands for an inspector, specific regulatory scheme by the CQC Ningxia while exhaustive explanation was also given on confusable provisions, requirements of food industry hygiene management, field inspecting techniques and inspector’s etiquette in ISO standard.
“This training deepened our understanding of the standard, and the instructors’ teaching will serve us greatly in our future work”, “the training class unified our understanding of the standard, and helped us a lot in exercising inspecting yardstick.” Nearly all trainees agreed that the training had come in need.
To test the effect of this training, a written test was held after it.
