Ms Wang Fengqing, Chairman of the China Certification and Accreditation Association, Wr Du Shaicheng, Vice Secretary of CPC Shandong Committee and Secretary of CPC Qingdao Committee, Mr Sun Shoupu, Vice Governor of Shandong Provincial Government, CNCA deputy director and CCAA standing deputy chairman Mr Zhu Guangpei, Mr Zhang Zezhong, Secretary of the Standing Committee of CPC Qingdao Committee, Mr Yu Chong, Vice-Chairman of Qigndao Government, Mr Zhang Sen, Deputy Director of Shangdong Bureau of Foreign Trade, Mr Yu Hua, Director of Shangdong Bureau of Exit-Entry Inspection and Quarantine and Mr Wang Dian Hua, Deputy Director of Shandong Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision attended the meeting while CQC director Mr Li Huai lin presided over the meeting.

On July 4^th, CQC Shangdong Outstanding Enterprises Certificate-Presenting Ceremony and Certification Validity Promoting Work Experience Exchange Meeting was held in Qingdao.

In her speech, Ms Wang Fengqing fully acknowledged the CQC’S achievement in promoting various system and product certification. She pointed that the CCAA would work hard to strengthen self discipline of enterprises, regulate certification market and promote the validity of certification. The CCAA will severely handle rogue behaviors so as to gradually establish an information releasing and certification creditability filing systems. Restrictive mechanism for certification and accreditation would be consolidated, by strengthening certification assessment and effectiveness supervision, reforming supervision measure, and implementing classified management. Besides, trade discipline would be strengthened to force enterprises credit building and promoting the overall quality of the enterprises.

Mr Su Shoupu pointed out in his speech that though Shandong had made progress in certification work, awareness should still be sharpen and they should treat certification and accreditation as an important strategic measure. He said that certification institutes should handle the relation between certification and services properly, integrating service in to certification, promoting the validity of certification while the certified enterprises should intensify their trade self-discipline and work hard to promote their overall competitiveness.

In Mr Yu hua’s speech, he also stressed the need to intensify supervision over certification and testing institutes, ensure the quality and level of their work, create a good atmosphere of trade self-discipline and promote the economic development in Shandong.

Ms Wang Fengqing, Mr Du shicheng and Mr Sun Shoupu then presented the CQC 2006 Outstanding Management to the 30 excellent enterprises selected from Shandong’s about 4000 certificate-holders and CQC certification paper to 28 enterprises that had newly passed CQC certification. The certificates given at the conference were for ISO 9001quality management system ,ISO 14001environment management system, OHSAS 18001 occupational health safety administration system , food safety management system , and CB,CE , RoHS ,CCC ,CQC label certification, and CHINAGAP Good Agricultural Protocol certificates that effectively responded to the Japanese Approved-list system , and substantially provided experience and technical support for further promoting security in plant and animal disease control , environmental protection , animal welfare and occupational health , and is pioneering in optimizing the organizational forms of agriculture , promoting management levels of agricultural enterprises, and implementing the strategy of a sustained agricultural development.

At the conference ,the representative form the Hisense group made speech ,the Hisense representatives and others present at the conference issued a Proposal by 100 Shandong Exemplary Certificate-holding Enterprises for the Promoting of Certification Validity , calling up China’s certificate-holding enterprises to strictly abide by the regulations , honestly run the business, and enhance the validity of certification and practicing the spirit of “honesty is life and win out by quality and grow big with their own intellectual property. The CPC Laoshan Committee and Laoshan Government proposed to “introduce international quality management system and implement achievement effective management, on behalf of the government organs.

This meeting is a practice of the CNCA and the CCAA’s spirit of actively promoting certification validity ,strengthening self-discipline ,and promoting certification validity through the form of integrating supervision tightening and positive guidance. About 200 representatives form enterprises like Qingdao Brewery, Ltd, the Double-Star Group, etc and 400 govenment and business representative attended the conference .

Through this excellent management electing activity, an atmosphere of everyone for excellence is forming, pushing business constantly improving their quality and the certificate a promise of reliability for customers.
