Construct a Training Administration System, and Scientifically Carry out Training Work

Recently, the CQC held a Working meeting for the Training of Training Advisors and Executives in Beijing, giving relevant personal pre-post training in instruction and management techniques. 

To ensure the quality of its certification and management team abreast of the development in the field, at the beginning of 2006, the CQC started to build a training advising and management system and an implemental force, and formulated a unified and stratified training plan in accordance with the personnel’s capability deference. In the class the training work advisory and managerial staff were given instruction in the Background and Objectives of the system, Instruction for Training in the ISO 10015 standard, procedural work for Training Advising and Management and strategic planning for training, and there were also informed of the CQC’s training work in 2005 and its overall training plan for 2006, the trainees were also given instruction in how to identify the need of training work administrators and accordingly adjust plans through case-studying the implementation of an ROHS certification.
