In response to the country’ call for western Development, the CQC Ningxia put special effort in developing certification for agriculture industrialization and agricultural food processing enterprises, which has borne bumper fruit in promoting Ningxia’s distinctive industry---wool-processing enterprises. Wu ling BC Wool, Ltd and Ningxia Alpha Wool, Ltd are two outstanding CQC-Certificated enterprises, which passed CQC’s quality management system certification in 2003,and reassessment in July, 2005. In the process the product quality and management levels were improving fast, and with approval by SBQTS they became Ningxia’s first enterprises free from inspection and quarantine .
Certification stimulates development, while innovation brings out good quality. In the last year, the CQC Ningxia has developed certification in agricultural industrialization and agricultural food processing for 16 enterprises, making the total number of such enterprises mounting up to 27. Among the many, 10 enterprises like Yuhua Muslim Food, Ltd, Qiya Hi-Tech Food, Ltd and Laohegiao Muslim Food, Ltd were listed on the 4th Leading Agricultural Industrialization Enterprises named by the Ningxia government.
