On the occasion of the 11th Shanghai International Toy Exhibition and the 42nd Shanghai Toy Fair ,the CQC Shanghai, Shanghai Bureau of Inspection and Quarantine,
At the meeting, representatives from the above–mentioned units explained the compulsory certification practices, the CACN’S 198 Notice, enforcement regulations for toy certification and the operation coverage of these units, they also answered relevant questions from the representatives.
Altogether 70 representatives from 62 toy producers, retailers, mass media and trade associations attended the meeting; they all expressed that the meeting was very informative.
