All the related enterprises and all the related testing labs:
The new national standard GB8410-2006 for Interior trimming material, GB15086-2006 for the Door Locks and Door retention components of motorcycle and B15084-2006 for Rearview Mirror Products for Motorcycle have been issued on Jan. 18, 2006, and implemented on Jul. 1, 2006. According to the requirements of the regulations of the No. 137 Announcements of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China and the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People’s Republic of China in 2005, and the related documents of the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People’s Republic of China, the related issues are informed as the follows now:
1. Since Dec. 1, 2006, the compulsory product certification and CQC mark certification related to interior trimming material, chairs and pillows products, rearview mirror, and door lock and door retention components must be implemented in light of new edition of the standards. As to the products mentioned which have got the certifications of old editions, the related enterprises should complete to change certification of new editions of the standards before Dec. 1, 2007, to change new certificates. For those enterprises which do not attain the certifications before Dec. 1, 2007, their original certifications will be cancelled.
2. Since Jul. 1, 2006, for the part of interior trimming material referred to the compulsory products certification of chair and safe belt products of motorcycle, and the part of interior trimming material referred to CQC mark certification of sunshade board of motorcycle, it should be implemented the certifications and inspections in light of the standard GB8410-2006. For those products attaining the certification with old edition, the related enterprises should complete the modification work of the standard with new edition, and modification the new certification after the formally implementing of the new edition standard, and before the next following inspection. For those enterprises which don’t attain the standard certification with new edition after next following inspection, the original certification will be cancelled.
