The branches, testing labs and the related enterprises: 

In August 24, 2004 the China Quality Certification Center issued the documents (Zhongrenji [2004] 141) which has already arranged the standard version change work of 11 household appliances and other products including GB4706.8. There are still parts of certificates not yet get standards version change to date. We hope that the old certificate holders of the following ten products (shavers, massage appliances, Sauna heating appliances, commercial electric cooker, electrically braising cooker, the electricity boiler, commercial electric outlets, electrical machinery food processing appliances, commercial electric oven and bread heater and commercial electricity pan) shall make applications to CQC as soon as possible. The deadline of it is December 31, 2006. If overdue, the old certificates will be canceled.

In addition, the certificate of the old air conditioner, refrigerator compressors and skin and hair care appliances (beyond the scope of the CCC)will be transacted according to the relevant difference (see Annex 2) with the deadline of December 31, 2006. If overdue, the old certificates will be canceled.
